B. healthy

Back in April 2008 i wrote about the importance of eating breakfast. Well i must admit i have been eating almost the same exact breakfast for the fast five years: coffee yogurt + a nature valley granola bar. It's not that i don't want to eat other foods, it's that i don't have the time. One night while feeling tired and drained i came to the conclusion that if i would eat a healthier breakfast- all will change. I will feel more awake, have more energy and smile more. Is that true? i don't know because I'm still eating my coffee yogurt and granola bar.
